She is currently part of the Lower Mid-Market team, investing in equity and hybrid debt/equity funds across Europe, focusing on the Central and Eastern European region. She represents EIF on the Advisory Boards of c. 20 funds. Before EIF, Miruna gained experience in direct investments, having been exposed to both private equity (with Advent International and UniCredit) and lending.

Elodie Donjon

Elodie started her career at EIF in 2004, where she held various positions, such as fund administrator (specifically for EIF’s Turkish and Portuguese funds-of-funds) and investment professional. She was a manager for a long time and was most recently responsible for customer service and debt collection. Since August 2020, Ulrike has headed the Future of Work department and is therefore the officer for inclusion and diversity.Ulrike started the Diversity @UNIQA project in September 2020 and formulated guiding principles for the future. One focus is on the topics of gender, generations and internationality. She sees them as the greatest lever, but it shouldn’t stop there: “Once you open an organization to a topic, for example gender, which is easily measurable and affects all employees, then you clear the way for other topics such as people with a disability or sexual orientation.”
