Lisa-Marie Fassl and Nina Wöss are proud to announce another investment of their Fund F VC, the European venture fund that backs gender-diverse founder teams.
Ada Growth is a leading and award-winning EdTech start-up, which uses the latest advancements in AI and learning techniques to provide professional growth tools that help businesses attract, retain, and grow female talent. Kosima Kovar, who co-founded the venture with Matthew Ziebarth, recently completed the Female Founders’ Grow F investment-readiness program.

This round was led by business angel Hansi Hansmann, who had previously invested in the startup, and included the existing investors: Anna Hofmann, Managing Director of Green Source, and Berndt Zinnöcker, Tax Partner at BDO Austria. Fund F was amongst the new investors moving in to support the venture – VC fund Calm/Storm; investor and business angel, Christiane Holzinger; Runtastic Co-Founder, Alfred Luger; DORDA Managing Partner, Francine Brogyányi, investor Nathalie Karré, Kollitsch&Soravia MD, Jasmin Soravia; investor Karin Kreutzer, and DORDA partner Stefan Artner.
With this investment round, Ada Growth has now raised a total of more than EUR 1 million. The newly accrued funds will be used to make the Ada app known in Germany and Switzerland and to launch the English version of the Ada app. “Gender equality concerns us all,” said Kosima Kovar. “We are thrilled to have new strategic partners on board. Their expertise and support will be invaluable as we take Ada Growth to new heights.”
