Austrian magazine Trending Topics published their 2nd edition of the Founders Guide, which features the Female Founders’ own Nina Woss and Lisa-Marie Fassl.
This edition is the first printed magazine in 2023 and features success stories of numerous Austrian start-ups and scale-ups across 60 pages.
Trending Topics About Founders Guide
“Around 360 startups are founded in Austria every year, according to the new Austrian Startup Monitor 2022. More than 25,000 people work in a startup, and the number is set to increase even more in the future. But this requires solutions for new and old problems.
“The last few months have been challenging for many companies, regardless of age. In many places, jobs have been cut and developments have been scrapped. This is another reason why it is important to find political solutions to (old) known problems. It must become easier to invest in local startups, it must become cheaper to let employees participate in the company’s success and the tax system must be adapted to current challenges,” explains editor-in-chief Oliver Janko.
In this year’s Founders Guide, Trending Topics looked at which investors in Austria are investing in which sectors and startups. The guide features successful startups and insights from the companies about their situation in recent months. And there is also something new apart from the reversible cover of this issue: In the back or front part (depending on how you hold the magazine in your hands), readers will find insights into the domestic scale-up landscape on around ten pages.”
